OUR NIGHTLY ROOM RATE FOR TWO includes a freshly baked breakfast of hot muffins and breads, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea and unlimited access to the butler's pantry, stocked with hot and cold beverages.

There is no smoking inside the buildings.

DEPOSIT POLICY
Check must be received within 5 days of booking; Visa or MC is processed at time of booking. Deposit is applied to the last night's stay and forfeited if guests arrive after date specified or depart before final date of reservation. Deposit for 1-2 nights is 1 night's rate; for 3 or more nights it's 50% of total rate.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Deposit will be returned (less 10%) only if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. With less notice, only if the room is subsequently filled.

PET POLICY
Dogs of all sizes are allowed within the guest room but not in sitting or eating areas for a one time pet fee of $30 per room. Dogs must be well behaved, leashed and cleaned up after at all times and crated when left alone in the room. Arrangements must be made with innkeeper at time of booking.
